Hedon Hung

Weeks ago, spring’s end
Where summer opens
Day settles into night
Came loud tense laments
Why’d he die he hungself high
Why?!
Came low, throat loose
He was a heel he was runt
So he’s buried now forgot
Left in tongues for what he’s not
